$750/mo retainer covers up to 24 hours of hands-on work per agent, including maintenance, skill updates, and priority support. You'll also need API keys from providers like OpenAI or Anthropic — most founders spend $20–100/mo on API costs depending on usage. We walk you through getting keys during the kickoff call. No hidden fees.
How long does the whole setup take?
Agents go live the same day as your kickoff call. The 14-day fine-tuning period starts immediately after. By week three, your agents are running at full speed.
What kinds of agents can you set up?

What if it doesn't work?
That's what the 14 days of fine-tuning are for. We don't hand you a half-configured system and disappear. We measure outcomes, not deliverables. If an agent isn't pulling its weight, we fix it or replace it.
What about VPS or hosting costs?
Most setups run on a small cloud server — typically $5–20/mo. We'll recommend the right size during kickoff. Some founders run everything on a Mac Mini at home. Your call.
What happens if I cancel the retainer?
Your agents keep running. They're on your infrastructure, not ours. You just won't have us monitoring, maintaining, and updating them. Most founders who cancel come back within a month — agents need upkeep when APIs change and models update.
I already have OpenClaw running. Do I need the full service?
Probably not. If you just want curated skills, the marketplace is coming soon at $20/mo. If your agents are running but you want someone to maintain and optimize them, say hi and we'll figure out a plan that fits.
Why not just set it up myself?
You can. OpenClaw is open-source and everything we use is available to you. The question is whether configuring agents, debugging integrations, hardening security, and maintaining everything is the best use of your time. Most founders we talk to tried for 2–3 weeks, got something half-working, and realized they'd rather be building their business. The other thing: self-installs almost always skip security hardening. Your agents handle credentials, customer data, API keys. Getting that wrong isn't a minor thing.
Didn't OpenAI acquire OpenClaw?
Yes. In February 2025, OpenAI acquired the OpenClaw project. It remains open-source, community-driven, and freely available. Our work continues regardless — we help businesses implement and run OpenClaw agents, and that mission doesn't change.
Do I need my own API keys?
Yes. Your agents need API access to language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.). During kickoff, we walk you through setting up your accounts and adding your keys to the system — takes about 10 minutes. Your keys, your control. Your data never touches our servers.
How do you set up the system for my specific use case?
